Labour Law

HWD provides legal advice to companies and individuals, drafts employment contracts for companies and individuals, specializes in the negotiation and representation of these clients before the labour courts and tribunals.

HWD's office in France is composed of several French lawyers, situated in Paris on a permanent basis and represents companies and individuals from Israel and abroad who are in France, and need legal advice and assistance in projects' management in France.

HWD France specializes in civil law and provides legal services in various aspects of commercial law, corporate law, labor law and represents clients before all courts in commercial disputes.

The firm also provides its services in English and Hebrew in order to give the best assistance to non-French speaking clients and serve them as good as possible.

HWD's English desk, managed by Advocate Gal Dahan, Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales, advises private clients and companies in European and English commercial law and assists them in all the stages of their international projects.

We often recommend to customers the choice of English law ("Choice of Law") as the applicable law in certain transactions, even if the parties do not have any connection to England.
